أعلن بنك الإمارات دبي الوطني المدرج بسوق دبي المالي اليوم الأربعاء عن التسعير الناجح لإصداره الأول من السندات بالدرهم والبالغ قيمتها مليار درهم إماراتي، وهي تُعد أول سندات من نوعها صادرة عن مصرف إماراتي.
وسوف يدعم بيع هذه السندات المساعي المبذولة في مواصلة تطوير منحنى العائد بالدرهم الإماراتي وكذلك تمكين قطاع الشركات والأعمال بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة للإصدار بالدرهم الإماراتي، بحسب بيان صادر من البنك.
وقد شهدت هذه السندات لأجل ثلاث سنوات طلباً قوياً، حيث بلغت ذروة سجل الطلبات أكثر من 1.65 مليار درهم إماراتي.
وهو ما سمح لبنك الإمارات دبي الوطني بتخفيض سعر الفائدة إلى 83 نقطة إضافية على سندات الخزينة الاتحادية.
وقد شكل المستثمرون الإقليميون 72% في سجل أوامر الاكتتاب، بينما بلغت حصّة المستثمرين الدوليين 28%.
وتُعد هذه السندات أول إصدار بالدرهم الإماراتي من مصرف محلي، وذلك بعد قيام وزارة المالية بتطوير منحنى العائد على الأجل المتوسط، ما يؤكد التزام بنك الإمارات دبي الوطني بترسيخ أسس سوق سندات العملة المحلية.
وقد طرحت وزارة المالية، منذ شهر مايو الماضي، إجمالي سندات بقيمة 9 مليارات درهم إماراتي ضمن ثلاث شرائح، لآجال سنتين وثلاث سنوات وخمس سنوات.
ويُعد بنك الإمارات دبي الوطني هو أول مؤسسة مصرفية بدولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة تطرح سندات بالدرهم الإماراتي منذ أكثر من 10 سنوات.
وكان بنك الإمارات دبي الوطني قد أعلن تعيين كل من شركة الإمارات دبي الوطني كابيتال وبنك إتش إس بي سي والبنك الصناعي والتجاري الصيني المحدود وبنك المشرق للقيام بمهام مدير الاكتتاب ومتعهد التغطية لإصدار السندات.
