The Dynamite Menu is a pan-Asian journey anchored by one unmistakable sauce – bold, creamy, and distinctly P.F. Chang’s. Highlights include the Dynamite Paneer, a creamy, spice-forward vegetarian dish; Shogun Tuna Tacos, blending Japanese, Thai, and Mexican influences; and Onigiri Rice Bombs, crispy nori-coated bites filled with tuna, avocado, and pickled cabbage. The Scorching Baos offer a fiery take on a street food favorite with tender chicken or beef, while the Firecracker Bites deliver a crisp, cheesy finish with a spicy kick.
Complementing the menu are two refreshing beverages designed to balance the heat. The Watermelon Quencher, served by the carafe and built for sharing, blends fresh watermelon, zesty lemon, and a hint of sweetness into something light, cooling, and effortlessly refreshing.
