This Ramadan, Khadak presents a refined four-course iftar menu rooted in the traditions of India’s historic food capitals. Available daily from iftar until 8.30 PM, the experience draws from the flavours of Hyderabad, Delhi and Lucknow, spotlighting dishes traditionally enjoyed to break the fast across the subcontinent.
The menu opens with Medjool dates, followed by a classic rose drink to begin, and a seasonal fruit chaat paired with guava sorbet, offering a light and balanced start to the meal. The first course features a selection of small plates including dahi pulki, kheema puff, and mushroom, pyaaz and parmesan bhajiye.
A dedicated kebab course follows, highlighting N M chicken shammi, makhan malai tandoori chicken, and Purani Dilli-style seekh kebab, all prepared using classic techniques and restrained spice profiles.
For the main course, the menu centres on mutton haleem, slow-cooked for depth and richness, alongside Guntur butter chicken and Shadab-style chicken biryani. The dishes are served with Khadak dal, cucumber raita, and a choice of naan or laccha paratha.
Dessert is Haji Ali falooda, a traditional Ramadan favourite layered with falooda sev, basil seeds, saffron syrup and rabdi.
Priced at AED 185 per person, Khadak’s Ramadan iftar is designed for guests seeking an authentic, well-paced dining experience grounded in Indian culinary heritage. Select dishes from the menu, including mutton haleem, will also be available à la carte throughout the month.
