Love, Italian Style: Novecento Dubai’s Five-Course Valentine’s Dinner

This Valentine’s Day, Novecento Dubai presents a five-course Italian dining experience crafted for romance. Set in the heart of Dubai Silicon Oasis, the menu brings together comforting flavors, elegant touches, and shareable dishes designed to turn dinner into a moment.

The experience begins with welcome drinks, setting the tone for a relaxed and romantic evening. Guests are then invited to enjoy an amuse-bouche of toasted blinis topped with salmon roe, mascarpone, and chives, followed by a Bread Basket featuring homemade focaccia, rustic bread, carasau bread, and mixed taralli.

The starter course presents Burrata e Barbabietola, where creamy burrata is paired with a crunchy sweet and sour beetroot salad and fresh rocket leaves, offering a balanced and elegant opening. For the middle course, guests may choose between two Italian favorites: Risotto Gamberi Limone Basilico, a fragrant prawns risotto with cherry tomato, basil, and Amalfi lemon, or a heart-shaped Pizza Tartufata topped with mozzarella, truffle cream, wild mushrooms, and truffle oil.

The main course features Branzino alle Erbe, a pan-fried seabass served with grilled asparagus, herb salad, and beetroot mayo, delivering a light yet refined centrepiece to the dinner.

To conclude the experience, Tiramisù alle Fragole offers a romantic twist on a classic dessert, layering strawberry-soaked ladyfingers with mascarpone cream, strawberry compote, and white chocolate for a sweet and memorable finale.

A selection of sparkling wines and wines by the glass or bottle is available separately from the drinks menu to complement the evening.
