Born in Brisbane. Brewed in Dubai. The Coffee Club is teaming up with the youngest qualified Emirati chefs in the UAE, Abdulrahman and Maitha Alhashmi, better known as the UAE’s Twin Chefs, for a limited-time menu that blends Emirati flavours with the international brand’s welcoming, meet-up-friendly café experience. Available starting 1 December 2025 across all Coffee Club outlets, guests can enjoy à la carte dishes or try a curated 3-course set menu for only 159 AED for two. This exclusive collaboration menu has come together to celebrate everyday moments around the table, from a laid-back lunch to feel-good dinner plans.
The savoury lineup features dishes like the UAE Twin Chef’s Signature Date & Lamb Meatballs served on a creamy labneh-herb base, finished with pomegranate and toasted pine nuts, and options of three loaded flatbreads: Chicken Shawarma with chunky chicken breast, mozzarella and a tahini-cream cheese blend; Beef Shawarma with ribeye steak, mozzarella and tahini-yoghurt; and a Creamy Short Rib option layered with pulled short rib, parmesan, pickled onion, rocket and chilli honey. These dishes blend the Twin Chefs’ most loved Emirati flavours with an Aussie-inspired flatbread twist, creating a fusion that feels both familiar and refreshingly new.
The menu features signature gelato flavours from the Twin Chefs’ own concept (Savor by Twins), including Karak with a chai-style kick, a bright and refreshing Hibiscus, and a rich Saffron inspired by the classic Middle Eastern warmth everyone loves. For those who can’t decide, The Gelato Trio brings all three flavours together in one feel-good scoop-fest
“As Emirati chefs, food has always been our way of telling stories about where we come from and who we are,” say Abdulrahman and Maitha Alhashmi. “Working with The Coffee Club means we can share those stories in a space that’s welcoming, relaxed and open to everyone. With this menu, we wanted to bring Emirati touches into dishes people already enjoy and love, so every plate feels comforting, a little surprising, and just right for sharing with the people you love spending time with.” For The Coffee Club and Liwa Minor Food & Beverages, this collaboration is a natural extension of their rooted philosophy of offering experiences that celebrate togetherness and authenticity: “At The Coffee Club, we’re all about bringing people together over good food, great coffee, and moments that matter. Collaborating with the Twin Chefs allows us to celebrate flavours that resonate deeply with the community we serve, and we are thrilled to bring their young, creative Emirati twist to life across our restaurants,” says Mr Khalid Abdulla Almansoori, Director of Liwa Food & Beverage Enterprise LLC.
Twin Chefs: Cooking Up Stories of Home
Abdulrahman and Maitha are the youngest qualified Emirati chefs in the UAE and the Middle East, having earned their Diploma in Hospitality: Commercial Cookery from ICCA Dubai at just 13. Their journey began in the family kitchen at age four and evolved into a signature Emirati fusion style blending Arabic flavours with international techniques. They have created award-winning dishes and even curated a bespoke Emirati fusion menu for a State Dinner hosted by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan during the official visit of President Donald J. Trump. Today, they bring that same spirit of sharing culture through food to The Coffee Club.
This collaboration with the Twin Chefs is another way of thanking the community that fills its cafés every day, offering something new to discover while still feeling unmistakably like The Coffee Club.
The Twin Chefs x The Coffee Club limited-time menu will be available from 1 December 2025 to 28 February 2026 across all Coffee Club outlets in the UAE.
